  1. DUI stands for Driving Under the Influence and is only for those under 21 with a detectable amount of alcohol in their system.

  3. DWI stands for Driving While Intoxicated and is defined as having over .08 blood alcohol

  6. Making alcohol available to a minor is defined as anyone buying or providing alcohol to anyone under 21
  7. Open Container – if there was an open container of alcohol in the car, a fine not to exceed $500 may be assessed.
